Tier is strictly an 18+ venue. No exceptions.

To enter Tier, you must show a valid form of federal or state-issued photo ID (Drivers license, State ID, Passport) as proof of age. We reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID if the first form is unacceptable or unclear.

Fashionable, stylish attire required. Dress code is strictly enforced with management discretion. The following articles are prohibited:

• Athletic gear and apparel (including but not limited to jerseys, sports team hats, gym shorts, sweatpants, hoodies, athletic slides, gym shoes, and loungewear)
• Shorts
• Torn or cut-off clothing, baggy clothing, and offensive prints on clothing
• Work wear, boots, and Timberlands
• Sandals (including but not limited to flip flops and designer slides)
• No see-through, risqué, or indecent clothing is allowed.

We recommend all patrons utilize ride-sharing platforms like Lyft and Uber. Limited public street parking spots may be available. Paid parking is also available near Tier in secured parking structures and lots

All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search. The following items are prohibited:

• Drugs and smoking paraphernalia (including but not limited to marijuana products, controlled substances, chewing tobacco, rolling papers, over-the-counter medication, prescription medication, vitamins, and supplements)
  Weapons
• Eye drops and nasal spray
• Gum, mints, breath strips, and outside food and drinks
• Cameras, GoPros, and selfie sticks
• Cologne and perfumes
• Large bags (including but not limited to backpacks, totes, duffel bags, and athletic bags)
• Handheld fans
• Selfie lights

Any devices found in use will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation. Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible to receive a refund.

All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search. If you remove your shoes, you will immediately be escorted out of the venue. We have a zero tolerance policy.

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID to enter and 21 years old to be a part of a table reservation.

Management reserves all rights.

Tier is typically open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10:00 pm. Days and hours of operation may vary. For the most current information, please visit Events

VIP reservations can utilize a separate VIP line for entry. Please have ID’s ready prior to checking in with our doorman. If you have a table reservation, you will be escorted to your seats by a VIP host where they can take your party’s order and offer recommendations.

Upon arrival, the purchaser must show a credit card and ID that match. You can close out your bill with a maximum of 3 split forms of payment. Other forms of payment are also available upon arrival.

We focus on providing our guests with an unprecedented experience. As such, we will try to accommodate requests for refunds, cancellations, or date changes. Please call (321) 314-0644 or email reservations@tiernightclub.com to make changes to your reservation. Management reserves the right to refuse any changes. 

A guest list is an exclusive invite-only offer for reduced admission during certain time restrictions. Entry is not guaranteed – it is subject to capacity. This is featured on select events only.

Typically this is just a credit card authorization, meaning we were ensuring funds were available at the time of your purchase. This charge will reflect as processing in your bank account until the funds are either cleared or credited back to your account (typically within 3-7 days the charge will clear). For further details regarding when the hold will be released, please contact your banking institution directly.

All persons and bags will be searched upon entry, and security will require identification for every guest. Guests must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Copies, paper, or photographs of IDs will not be accepted. U.S. residents must bring a state or federal-issued ID; non-U.S. residents must bring a valid passport or Global Entry card.

Doors open at 10:00 PM for the Nightclub. Early arrival is encouraged. If a reservation is made for a daytime event, the table is available for your party until 10 pm that evening. If a reservation is made for an evening event, the table is available for your party for the duration of the evening. All evening reservations must arrive by 11:59 pm. You are to notify management if your arrival time will be delayed. Groups arriving after your confirmed booking time without forewarning may lose their table reservation to another group.

No, your reservation payment will be taken upon arrival. A deposit is required to book your reservation in advance online. Please bring the card that was used to pay for the reservation along with the matching ID. Individual admission purchased online requires full payment at the time of booking.

Yes, food is available at Tier and is avalable for purchase when booking reservations or while at the club. Our VIP Concierge or bottle girls will consult with you to place your food order. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

No, smoking is not permitted through Tier unless provided by the venue in the form of hookah and other hookah-based offerings. This includes marijuana products, as they are prohibited recreationally.

Yes, vape pens are allowed, however, vape juice/cartridges are not allowed. Subject to management discretion.

No, Tier does not provide storage for personal items.

Professional cameras are not allowed at Tier.

No, general admission is standing room only.

Yes, Tier provides express general admission. Additionally, we offer VIP admission which allows the guest to access VIP restricted areas. These options may be purchased online or at the door.
